It should also be noted for users of reference materials that ILAC G9:2005 Guidelines for the Selection and Use of Reference Materials has been withdrawn as ISO Guide 33:2015 Reference materials – Good practice in using reference materials replaces ILAC G9 and is available from www.iso.org

9 June 2015 will mark World Accreditation Day. The focus this year is on the role accreditation plays in supporting the delivery of health and social care.
The day will be celebrated across the world. A joint statement from the Chairs of ILAC and IAF, as well as promotional materials, are available from World Accreditation Day 2015.
The ILAC MRA 2014 Annual Report provides information on the activities carried out as part of the peer evaluation process in 2014 to ensure that regulators and consumers of laboratory and inspection data are able to maintain confidence in the results produced under the ILAC MRA.
