ILAC has reviewed the factsheet published earlier this year on Specifying accreditation for COVID-19 testing to produce a more extensive brochure: Specifying Accreditation for COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) Testing. This brochure now not only addresses key points to be considered if immigration agencies and border force regulators are considering the inclusion of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) testing in traveller screening protocols, but also now addresses possible broader testing specifications to provide testing data to inform protocols for the on-going management of the pandemic.
