ILAC – World Bank Partnership

The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association (World Bank), the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 30 October 2018.  The IAF-ILAC-World Bank MoU is a statement of intent to share knowledge and experience on the quality infrastructure (QI) reforms specifically in the fields of accreditation of conformity assessment bodies and with the aim of supporting the development of national QIs to encourage industrial development, facilitate global technical cooperation and reduce barriers to trade.
